Relevant business email, connected to the right transaction record.
This integration helps an authorized transaction team keep business email information with the correct records in Follow Up Boss. It reads an authorized Gmail mailbox and, separately, permitted sent-email records in A-Frame. It matches messages to approved business records and can prepare formatted FUB notes with source references.
Access is read-only in Gmail. Synchronization and any CRM writes require separate operator configuration and activation. Authorizing Google access or viewing this website does not itself start synchronization.
How matching works
Clear matches use deterministic routing. If a message remains unresolved, the configured contextual-routing feature may send the unresolved email, relevant thread text and approved deal context to OpenAI. Ambiguous or conflicting results are held for review.
Access and privacy
The read-only Gmail permission technically permits reading the authorized mailbox. Application searches, routing rules and approved record mappings limit what the workflow processes. This workflow does not use Gmail permission to send, modify or delete messages. Attachments are not downloaded or uploaded.
